SYNOPSIS

An epic that follows a young boy who must throw away his innocence to avenge his mother’s murder.

Our protagonist, Lief faces the daily trials and tribulations of a seemingly relentless winter in early Scandinavia. As his mother’s health declines, Lief must take action before her condition worsens. In his absence, darkness arrives; as a storm of Vikings wreaks havoc on his village. After losing everything, Lief must face his greatest challenge yet.
